If this is your first appointment with Energy In Motion Massage...
Please print out the Client Health History Form and the Energy In Motion Policy Form, fill in and bring with you to your appointment. If you prefer to fill the forms out at the office, please show up 10-mins prior to your scheduled time.
It can be hard to get in for an appointment at times, but there are ways to find something available. Even though I can be fully booked for 3-4 weeks in advance, I always have cancellations and changes to my schedule. So send me a text or email and let me know that you'd like to be put on my cancellation list.
Also, it's easier to cancel than try to get in at the last minute!
So, grab a spot when you see one that works for you in the calendar, even if it's weeks away... Then when you make that appt, put in the notes that you'd like to get in sooner if possible. If you let me know you want to get in sooner, then I will put you on my cancellation list right away. If I get a cancellation, I'll let you know and we can either cancel the appt you made for later, or keep it!
While I understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary, I ask that you please give at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Any missed or cancelled appointments within 24 hours will be charged the full amount. Should an illness or emergency arise, an exception to this policy will be made at my discretion. Thank you!
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
In order to provide consistency and reliability in scheduling for all my clients, I ask that you please be on time for your appointment. Should you arrive late, it may be necessary to complete your massage within the remaining time. If I do not have a client immediately following, I may extend your time at my discretion to a full session. If I am able to do that, I will check with you to see if that fits into your schedule before proceeding.
